Rustoria, bros, I play on ur serv more than 4k+ hours, but why are ur admins so useless? Me & teammates reported one player a few times and you always closed tickets. First time because there was NOTHING STRANGE when this player was out of keyboard at his base and the second time because he was OFFLINE LOL. Suuuch a nice reasons to close tickets lol? Sorry, but how much does it cost to pay for ignoring cheats THAT much?
And the same time always big problems with not working VIPs

I hear you but there are valid arguments for all of your points. They can't really leave tickets open if the player is afk or offline at the time, because this would pile up into a big unorganized line of tickets. I also understand that you probably made the tickets when they were actually active but keep in mind there are hundreds of player across a ton of their servers which means there are a lot more people than you making tickets. They do try to get through all the tickets as fast and thoroughly as they can though. Therefore, it's much better both for you and for the admins if you make another ticket once you see the player active again.
As for the VIP this is something that can happen at any server unfortunately, I'd like to say they are relatively fast in #payment-support especially around wipedays to make sure you get your product. The payment support is quite small though but this is for you and every other customers safety, so no private information has the risk to be leaked.

i thought my comment were on topic b/c they had to do with support but i understand, i felt attacked from this @thin plover kid the moment i entered the support chat. kid assumes without any evidence that im lying. which is insane. there is proof that i did nothing wrong on the server if he chose to look into it for more than 5 seconds, but instead hed rather assume. so i was waiting for a support member who actually cared about the people that play on the server. and i assumed that support worked on the weekends considering they have time to issue bans on the weekend one would assume they could also do appeals on the weekend. but i dont mind hopping chats while i wait. i hope that kid gets fired cause hes a dickhead
