Cuz I've been getting those random requests for over a year or so about a couple of times per month even though I asked not to get any more. For example the latest one was "Rustoria.co | Sylar [MS]". Random friend requests from people claiming to be from Rustoria have become like normal spam mail in Steam for me. lol
