The server is on the best possible hardware it can be already, but this lagg has nothing to do with the server anyway. It's to do with the game and memory leaks, happening way more frequently than we'd like and are doing everything we can to work with FP to get the source of this found and fixed, but it's out of our hands otherwise. It's extremely frustrating we know and we appreciate the patience while we work through this.
