I understand completely where you're coming from. Majority of the time the ban is legitimate. I cannot speak for other people's bans as it is their bans and not yours. The correct procedure is to appeal as you can see it can get quite busy and spammy in this channel from people reporting cheaters and/or having to create an appeal themselves.

it sounds like for some reason the map files you have are out of sync or maybe corrupt, I would recommend deleting the map files to force you to redownload them from the server

I'd start there. Also, depending on your systems' RAM and overall network strength, might be worth making sure you don't have a bunch of other stuff running at the same time. Like if you're getting crazy ping, but you're also streaming to Twitch or listening to streaming music, try shutting some other stuff down and check performance.
