I'm not sure what you expect in this situation, we would never ban someone without first gathering our own evidence as player perspectives often don't show the full story, your clip is a prime example, you both died to someone out of sight, from a distance unknown and you cut off the clip before it even showed you who you died to, so I have no idea if this is the same player you were reporting as the information is missing. I understanding it's frustrating to die to someone you think is cheating and they log out immediately but again, we cannot do much in this situation if we were unable to spectate and take a look into them, we would not just ban them based on a word alone.
