I have been told to wait for a response and now my base is gone with everything I worked hard for. I have played for over ONE day since wipe day. 24hrs of straight grinding to get to where I was. I get banned for something that was not in my control at all. I have never felt betrayed like this before. Honestly very disappointed with the admin that banned us without actually looking into the matter. Once you get enough points you can use them to buy stuff off the shop, which can be accessed by typing /s on the chat.

The ticket is on the same player, who is still cheating. Ive made 3 types of tickets on the kid who is obviously rage cheating. You guys "deemed there isnt enough evidence" and im just curious how? If youve watched any interaction between this player and my trio you would see how obvious it is.

Sometimes there isn't enough evidence to ban the players, maybe they are better, maybe they are toggling and everytime the admin is spectating them they toggle (this is why we ask people not to all them out in chat/discord).. the best you can do is report them with our ticket system when you suspect them of cheating (please only have one open ticket against them at a time) also F7 reporting them will force facepunch/EAC to investigate (out of our control)

unfortunately the state of rust cheating is out of control at the moment...
