To constantly close tickets is not good for those players who actually care about the server. I'll have to go dig out all the same info , clips, screenshots for the next time I make the same report. The amount of time I have to spend to make the same report multiple times to eventually get my ban is insane

I actually agree, I think tickets shouldnt be being closed due to the person being offline more so moved into a different queue so if the player is reported again in the future by anyone its also attached to the account.

"They can't be cheating cause they have to be online to cheat" is abit of a frustrating answer.

Especially when said player returns the next day and gets EAC banned the day after that.

If your worried about ticket flood then just filter out tickets without say links to images or videos.

I feel like there is better solutions.

The process should be looked into as someone who's spent over 5k hours on eu long. I would strongly recommend reviewing this as the situation is not getting better as the AC is dead, so as community we rely on the admins to sort the shit. When it's closed it feels like the admins don't care. Consumer point of view. I like the server, but its' becoming more and more difficult the first 2 weeks of wipe with admin responses and actions taken
