Can someone look at this Appeal #5ef06e I made almost 2 days ago? I payed for the package on the server too and it was completely waste of my money just to be banned for being on a team I was invited into to stay safe and not killed by the group! My base was a solo base i had nothing to do with whoever was cheating and I don't even know the people I was in a team ui in! This is ridiculous! I also been never banned I never cheated and never played with a cheater ! We do have lives outside of the game, we do have active admins that are on pretty much all the time... one thing you need to factor in is that we need to give each report due diligence when it comes to investigating to ensure that if a user needs to be banned that the ban is justified.
You might not hear back till the ban is pushed through.

So lets look at your situation, quote your words > I played with them for maybe 3 or 4 hours invited me so they don't kill me we all went there You're basically saying that you were teamed in a ui with them, and were not being killed by them so quite clearly in a team with them. You went to a base together to loot something, they didn't kill you and you benefited from having them in your team ui. As I said prior, you're free to play where you want but your own words you used clearly show you were with them and benefiting from them. So please don't make this about the server when you're the one in the wrong.

Very standard practice for association amongst servers is to ban people associated with cheaters. So if you do plan to go play on another server. Take with you what I said above and maybe that'll help you in the future to maybe not get banned there too

i understand that can be frustrating. There are many rustoria servers with hundreded of players so like i said tickets are handled as soon as they can with available admins. Spamming about it in discord isnt going to speed up the process either. I understand youre frustrated but ive already told you how tickets are handled and that an admin will take a look when one is available.
