Second, that's also why you should not call out cheaters in chat. Not saying you specifically did, but calling out cheaters makes it nearly impossible for us to catch them if they are actually cheating

I had sent in a Mute ticket today and a cheating ticket, the Mute ticket was replied to after my Cheating ticket was sent in.

note that that Mute ticket was sent in 3 hours before the cheater ticket was sent in, which clearly show that there are some ticket prio issues.

if your 99.9% is correct, then sure, that one Mute ticket wouldn't have mattered in that case, but it still shows that there are ticket prioritization issues.

not just that, we live in a time where APIs are a thing, just work towards a feature in which you can prioritize tickets better.

Like if i sent in a report about X cheating, then automatically set up a listener for events that simply tracks the player the moment the report was sent in, from there on you can get so much stats out of it.

and i definitely don't wanna hear that this is hard to do as i have developed on plugins myself, and this is not a heavy or hard mod too develop (possibly a pain to maintain, but not to develop)

I had an issue last force wipe where i used VPN and the same IP on the VPN i used had been banned on some other player but shenzy and I cleared out the issue together and got unbanned and vpn whitelisted, but today it happened again

I was switching the IP on the VPN because of my lagging on my regular EU IP

and then i randomly get message "kicked hacking"

I only played for 5 minutes hitting wood with a rock trying to group with my team

I can show you all my dms with shenzy of last time this issue happened

I bought another VPN to use instead of this one so that when fixed i wont happen to get this issue again
