As far as playing with a hacker it doesn’t have to be intentional. If you team up with a cheater, receive any type of in game benefits or loot it results in an association ban. You can make an appeal and ask the banning admin who the person in the group was.. that will be your best option to get answers on your ban.

I'm not sure of the circumstances in which your mini despawned, but if your mini is crushed by the AI spawning another heli on top of it, it will disappear. You need to move it out of the way first. Also, if your mini is out in the open instead of inside of a garage, it will also despawn.
