i'm saying you can ask the admin how long the ban will be, and when the admin responds, they will tell you if it's temporary or permanent. however, you can also check by trying to connect to the server. when you get disconnected from the server, there should be a timer that tells you when the ban will go away if it is temporary. sometimes, the timer is not there even if it is temporary, so you will have to ask the admin if that is the case.

I did the first time and I was unbanned within 12 hours. Then about 45 min ago I joined the server and banned once again.

No hate towards rustoria at all but if you're gonna be one of the top servers on RUST the 3 day wait for a ban appeal should be near to none. should have alot more admins working in that sort of catergory.

1-3 days is just the average and can be sooner depending on the situation and availability of the banning admin as only the banning admin can handle the appeal.
