First of all, VIP grants you queue skip only, nothing more. Second, you need to understand that just because you are reporting someone does not guarantee it will result in a ban. When tickets are created, we take each one seriously and investigate the situation thoroughly. If there is evidence of wrongdoing of some kind, then yes, that person will be banned. If we cannot find evidence supporting that conclusion though, then no, they will not be banned. If you think we missed something or you want to include more information, then creating another ticket is the best way to communicate that to us.
