Hi there,

I have a friend id 76561198359630101 who is from China. He is one of the live streamer who have over 10, 000 followers on "huya" (one Chinese streaming web). He was being band on the .co media server due to one hacker was fighting Infront of his base and kind "defend for him". We are taking guess that this person might be one audience in the live chat but we have no idea. However the stream person is not a hacker. I also notices that he has being band on there server for several time due to different reason (person in team is hacker or others) but he don't have any VAC banned record. Person in team hacking are things that we cannot avoid as a streamer who would like to play with followers. We did try to set the filter that only letting the audience who are live on chat for long time and had send a lot amount of gift to join the team, but it still fail cause the audience amount. So I'm here to help him to ask if I can submit the appeal here to unban him and we do love this server a lot.

And the reason that It's not him submitting the appeal on the web is because he is actually in China and he do not have the access to web out the country due to the government issue. And if you want to find him on "huya", the room number is 136596 and he is currently on live.
