I can't make a ticket for some reason, but I have a complaint about a cheating group right next to our base. They aren't in a team but still live together and roam. One of them recently got banned but came back on an alt account. They've climbed up our base with some hack that allows them to climb 4 sets of walls without a boost or ladder and have blatantly used esp to find us and kill us in the dead of night in spots that would be the very last spot any human looks. It's impossible to do anything they've been doing this for 2 days now. Whenever one gets banned they come back on an alt account and because they techniquely aren't in a team, non of them get banned for hacker association.

yes, if you are game banned by EAC, i believe it is normal that you cannot join any servers. you can ask them for the reason in your appeal, but they may not give you the reason if it is against their policy. rustoria is a server, not the game/anti-cheat, so we are not the ones who implemented your game ban and we do not have information regarding it
