I understand you've been a long standing player on Rustoria and that's great, we appreciate those that continue to play on our servers and enjoy Rustoria as a community. We do however have 20+ servers, with thousands of players all creating tickets on players they are encountering and confident they are cheating, if they are right or not we take a look into them all with the same care so we can be as confident as it is possible when we respond with an answer. This means that with that many tickets, not all of them get the response time players would ideally like as if they are right, this has a large impact on their wipe but I can assure you we do care and I see your tickets have been picked up and are being looked into. Thank you again for expressing your concerns though, I understand it's frustrating but bear with us, we are doing what we can and will always take a look into your ticket and provide a response.
