Had the same bug a couple of weeks ago, only way to fix was to restart the game. I think that loading into the server while it shuts down is what causes it

1-3 business days is an average estimate of the wait time for appeals. it might take less time than that, too. it just depends on each situation.
i believe vip slots are limited to prevent the server population from going over the server's capacity. if there were no limit, then the server could become overfilled and lead to issues with server performance.

The next full wipe time is scheduled to be an hour earlier on other official servers (Rustafied and RustyMoose) than Rustoria. Is Rustoria's full wipe time correct?

No clue, I'm just a random community member now (former chat mod). All I know is that the individuals who manage the servers and everyone else involved care a lot and are constantly working on everything, although only a couple select few would be involved in something like the inclusion of an item - so probably just waiting to hear back on that but I'm sure they have a lot of other things going on too so unfortunately there can be a delay- insane how much goes into the backend of all this. I'm also sure you'll hear sometime and until then just maybe not stress about an item in a videogame perhaps, just my two cents- as far as things to really worry about, I just feel like that should rank kinda low.
