Depends. Normally until end of wipe or 7 days, not sure. Should have a time on the screen when you try to log on (banned for 12 more hours or whatever). If it continues to happen then the ban time is increased until it can become permanent for people who just really continue making it a habit. Good to be careful with who you play with and if you believe a teammate may be cheating, leave the group and report them

@ebon scarab In-game it should be "/ticket add (your report)". The website is good though. Be specific, don't call out anything in-game, and you can include any evidence like a link to an uploaded clip if you have it. The admins spend a ridiculous amount of time following up on every single report, they catch a lot of cheaters and remove them thankfully. Definitely worth using the report function while keep your cool until they're handled

Calling them out normally just makes it more difficult for the admins to handle your concerns but I get why it feels like a good thing to do

i was trying to report a few clans of players who's admitted to actual hacking with picture evidence. but the support site blacklisted me because I was trying to make individual tickets to each player hacking

Would always recommend trying to be concise, pick the player or maybe two players you find the most likely to be cheating. If they're playing with others, they'll all be looked into and handled. The admins have a huge amount of incoming tickets to work through and for best results, at least in my opinion, it's good to make fewer higher quality tickets than just report a ton of people

Yep, that's why it's best to not report clans for cheating as a whole. Isolate a player or two that you believe are the most likely cheaters and the rest should be handled. Can work really well

Too often people will be like "XYZ clan is cheating, ban them!" or just list a ton of names of players. If you identify the player you find most likely to be caught, they'll usually fall like dominos

And make sure to not call anything out in game. Also too often people will berate the suspected cheaters in-game via text or mic saying stuff like "I know you're cheating, I'm telling the admins" etc and it just slows down investigations. Hopefully makes sense

It's likely hardware/computer specs related. I had the same issue before I upgraded my PC very recently. I had ryzen 5 w/ RTX 2070 and 32GB of RAM. I crashed similar to you randomly once a day and restarting my PC fixed it, but no issues since new PC

i would, been there... it fustrated my group. once we thought people were throwing grenades breaking them.. but its limits and build glitches that cause them to disappear, it use to be worse.

if i were you, i would not trust a player who says such things. rustoria is an official server that abides by facepunch rules, so rustoria admins will likely not be showing themselves watching a player.

it is more likely that they are making it up. please create a ticket, and wait for an admin to respond. i understand it is frustrating to try and play the game while there are cheaters around, but admins have many tickets to go through, so it can take some time. they will see and respond to your ticket, so please try to be patient, thank you.
