We are not saying you knew he was cheating, but you were playing with him which means the whole group had the advantage with him on the team. Our general policy is a one week ban if a team is associated with a cheater to make it fair for everyone. Look at it if it was another team, would it be fair to let the other team play after they were playing with a cheater?

The appeal will be looked at of course, but in the situations typically the whole team has to sit out the week ban.

You have zero idea how many tickets come in each day that the admins have to go and investigate, each one takes time to look into and they are not all simple. Sometimes it may take a little time to get to a ticket.
Coming here and complaining that it is taking longer than you hoped for a reply does nothing but take time away from them working on tickets and looking into things.
