17 hours for a ticket is rediculous. Even if my ticket gets looked into and accepted, my entire base is decayed by now, and my vip and 3 days of playtime are wasted. Went into the forest at night to see if I could find some mushrooms, heard a guy jackhammering a node, crouch up and kill him from 10 feet away, then get instabanned. His name was chinese letters and I got instantly banned for stream sniping, this was my first interaction with the chinese group. Like, im sure it was a mistake but still, my wipes over and my base is gone regardless
