yes, we've heard a quite a few players complain about this issue. unfortunately, it is a game bug, so there isn't anything we can do about it on our end.
you can try f1 kill, close the game, wait 10-15 minutes, and reopen the game. if that doesn't work, try waiting to see if the daily restart will fix it.
