An hour on a weekend where people have real life obligations to attend to, plus with 20+ servers and thousands of players all reporting players who they suspect of cheating. We cannot get to them all instantly and sometimes one ticket can take a longer amount of time. We get to all tickets as fast as possible and ban hundreds of cheaters way before EAC, if they get to a cheater before us sometimes then good, the system is doing what it is supposed to. Regardless we will get to all tickets as soon as possible, in the spare time that we have to do this.

If you have a player breaking the rules you need to submit a ticket either in-game with the /ticket command or use our website https://rustoria.co/support and we will investigate as soon as possible. You need to include some extra information however, just saying someone is bug abusing does not provide a lot of context for us. Submit a ticket and we will take a look.

Just because they are doing something blatant in front of you, doesn't mean we have gotten to the ticket any quicker, we are dealing with one of the other thousand tickets and will still get to that one when we can. Typing the same thing over and over isn't going to make a difference here, you reported someone and they got banned, just happens this was by EAC before we got to the ticket which was also responded to.
