This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

They have not been banned. They have been disconnected due to Too Many Requests.

No, VIPs do not get a queue.
The only reason they would be moving in queue would be if the players in front of them leave the queue

You don't understand what I am saying.
The current cap is 350.
The current pop is 568.
The pop has to go down by 218 before it will let people from the queue in.
The only players able to join right now are players with queue skip.

Then we would have to add more than 218 slots before anybody from the queue would be let in. And then VIP players could join on top of that, meaning the pop would be much closer to Main, but you are wanting to play Medium. If you want a high pop like that, hop on Main instead...

The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

If you do not get banned by EAC maybe in the next couple of months, you could come back here and try to appeal again if you were indeed false banned as you claim.
So if the appeal was denied + the ban reason was for hacking that means there is definitive evidence for the ban and highly unlikely to change.
However, maybe one of the admins can explain further as I am not longer staff and do not have a say in the matter. @thin plover

the admin who made the decision may be in a different timezone or busy. admins are people, and they cannot be online and checking for reports and mutes 24/7. i hope you can understand and try to be patient.
