This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

For context I lended an account to a friend who was HWID BANNED without telling me. Now that account is game banned and its on my record and IP banning me. From playing I have proof that I didn't do anything wrong I was just lied too.
