Reports on people sometimes take a little longer.
Appeals are usually sorted in 1-3 buisness days.

Work on getting access to your steam account then they can start to look into the ban.
If you can't get access to the account to put in the appeal then they might not be able to help, as the appeals process is done via a ticket vs you just giving the info.

I get that it is frustrating, but... work on the 2FA issue, then create the appeal, boom... profit.
