The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

There is one ticket open for US medium and it was just created 20 minutes ago. We try to get to tickets as fast as we can, but things have been extremely busy since force so volume of tickets is higher. In the future please make sure you’re using /ticket to report as F7’s only go to Facepunch/EAC.

Why i was banned for such a long period of time, when people who use racial slurs get banned for just hours, and this was only my second chat ban on the servers. I was just calling out a group who were doxxing, and being extremely sexist in game, infront of a young kid in their group.

I just thought 3 full days was abit unwarranted compared to 12 hours for the N word.. Also, ive seen people call others pedophiles in chat with no recourse aswell.
