The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

Thanks for swift response, I have submitted a ticket but worry that it will probably take a while for a response, which is a damned shame. The punishment seems very harsh, it was received less than an hour ago and my rust name is "Snowman" on the EU MONDAYS server

To be honest, everyone was copy and pasting one message over which added an extra username on it, I just added to the chain and thought worst ways would get muted, but i went for a break come back and now im banned after queing for 20 minutes 😦 honest mistake, love the servers and willing to accept responsibility for my actions just felt like maybe it was a little harsh
