The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

I was kicked out of the game due to the error "disconnected:EAC:Corrupt or invalid backend message". I immediately entered the game and got into the queue. Why don’t you enter without a queue (within 2-3 minutes) in such situations, because this problem is not my fault.
