I go on your discord right away and find out how to appeal the decision. Just to be ignored. I want this to be investigated by higher up staff as I am not cheating and clearly this admin is incompetent. I understand there is a whole system in place & I am not special but how are you just going to take away all those hours from me and then not even bother to respond to the appeal when the appeal was made instantly. The banning admin knows rust is a time sensitive game and not responding for hours on end would just end that wipe for me. Ruined my whole experience. I waited for hours that night in your support room just to be ignored constantly.

As this is now a case for the management to look at there's only 2 of them and we don't consider weekends as "Business days" either. They have lives and families too. I would like to know what evidence is available that shows that SeveralGeral was cheating, because he certainly wasn't. We have been playing on multiple different servers in the last couple of days, OFFICIAL servers, and have not had any issues. Can't believe that just because he was running through people, he is accused and banned. Alongside him, now I can't play either. This is ridiculous.

It's not like we have to play on Rustoria, and he is certainly not going to get Vac banned, especially because, I repeat, HE IS NOT CHEATING

If it is software related, then fine. If it's not software related, and ITS VIDEO EVIDENCE, that isn't the most credible. A lot of things go into play, from a user experiencing desync via means of fps/ping, or the server lagging. This can cause scenarios in which one may look very suspicious.
