There's not going to be admins on every server constantly just watching every single player, not realistic as they have lives outside of this (volunteers). Me having been an admin here and seen how it works from the inside. I've banned lots of cheaters just from tickets, sure some slip by since toggling is a thing and at the time we are spectating them they might not be cheating hence why I very often F7 reported them to Facepunch for them to scan them. As a player looking in from the outside it may seem like the ticket system isn't working but it really does.

the queue is 70+ people, many who simply will not sit waiting for such a queue, and most who play here will definitely not buy a vip to play on 275 online.

The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.
