For some reason, the /master doesn't show me the 4500 file, though that's the one that is being downloaded for me as well. If your file is corrupted in any way try deleting it or I can just send you it for you to overwrite it

Yea, go figure why you got banned for swapping teams. The team you started the wipe is the team you must finish the wipe with. If you cross the 3 teammates threshold in any way then you'll get banned. I suggest reading through the rules thoroughly
