Hey there, I understand that you're frustrated that a report you made didn't result in the banning of the individual you reported - we get that sometimes unfortunately. The reality is that your experience as a player doesn't necessarily transfer - we have players with 15k+ hours on the game reporting completely legitimate players for cheating, situations that seem suspicious aren't necessarily that suspicious when investigated by an admin. We don't take reports likely, nothing is dismissed as pointless and more effort than you could imagine goes into cheater investigations. It's something we take extremely seriously. We also take banning extremely seriously however, and it's not done lightly - there is a threshold of evidence, in order to reduce the likelihood of a false ban being issued to an absolute minimum. If you were banned because a player with 4k hours insisted you were cheating, I'm sure you'd feel angry about it. I wish I could show you just how much time and expertise is invested by the admin team, and perhaps despite popular opinion - we ban multitudes of cheaters every single day, cheaters are caught. I'm sorry that you feel like your experience was ruined, and there's perhaps not much we can say at this point to change your mind - you sound pretty convinced that we're not doing our jobs properly. The only thing I would say, is that not only is there a team of admins, there's a robust structure in place to ensure that investigations are carried out properly. As Jyrcella said, if you're still convinced that a player is cheating, we're always happy to take another look - just be aware that when a ticket is closed with the response that we don't believe that a player is cheating, a lot of work has been put in to close the ticket with that conclusion. Nothing is decided without the admin being as certain as they possibly can be.

All of our bans are done within reason, and with a full review, and as far as I can see your ban was not a mistake. A review of your ban will be done by your banning admin, and it may change the outcome of your situation base on another review, so yes, if you are unbanned you will be able to play on the server, and depending on the time that review takes, it is a possbility that you loose most of your loot. We understand this is unfortunate, but we cannot refund lost loot due to these situations, as it's overall unfair to the entire playerbase of the server, and against the policies of our server.

i never played with an hacker, I joined a team where there were a few people, and many of whom were coming in and out continuously.
I've never met most of them, much less talked to them in the chat, so it seems pretty stupid to me to ban all the members of a group just because 1 of the participants used hacks.
And above all, how would we members of the team have known that he was a hacker, at least a warning before receiving a 7-day ban after which I will certainly have lost all the progress made in recent weeks.
This is a large and very populated server, so I understand that managing and administering it is not an easy job, but precisely because it is a large and famous server, where many people (including me) are happy to spend money on it to play it, I think it is necessary to better manage the issue of bans and appeals to them.
