I am not really too aware of your case here so I can’t say too much on that since I’m not an admin anymore. However, the admins here have no intention of punishing innocent players. Crashes happen on every server believe it or not and the majority of our server crashes are not due to faulty hardware or something on our side, rather usually due to the game engine (unity) and general bugs and what not.

This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.
