This is a legit question and not trying to be a smart ass. If only the banning admin can revoke, this means admins have to either admit they are wrong in the banning process (unlikely to admit) or they are banning without being 100% sure (bad admin skills). Then you do not give any proof or evidence so the person cannot refute it, and you ask for 'proof' but never said what proof entails? Like if someone want to appeal their ban what do you want from them? It seems you are sending them to a admin that already made up their minds and not offering any sort of recourse for the ban. So people open a ticket, only to have the person that made up their minds already confirm their minds are made up. What would you like from open tickets as proof? Game play footage? Then you should at least tell them what footage to record. This whole process makes 0 sense from a quality control/checks and balance point of view.
