Head over to this folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rust\maps) and find the procedural map which it should give you in the disconnection message and delete it and try connect then.

If you are having "Windows IO Exception: Win32 IO returned 112":
Then please make sure you have enough drive space.

I do not know since I am not the admin who banned you or reviewed your appeal. But even if you did not know someone was cheating, you still benefited (either directly or indirectly) from them being in your team. So you will need to wait out your ban if your appeal was denied.

The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

Made a ticket, got denied for Ban Evading & Multiple EAC bans, when I have 1 eac and 1 vac ban, my eac ban is 610 days ago and my vac ban is 432 days ago, I made the ticket when my second game ban was over a year since that is your policy. I also Have FULL proof of my 2nd ban being hacked.
