The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

So if you did one yesterday. Then you will need to wait for that to be replied to. It is not a case of you get to plead your case in voice you get to appeal on the site and the admin will look and make a choice on you staying muted or not. I am guessing if you have been muted for so long then you will most likely remain muted as you must have done something pretty bad. But on the positive look at it this way at least you can still play the server.

I happened to get my pc a few weeks ago and I happened to play rust on console for a while when it came out and I decided to play when I had IRL friend. I bought rust today and I played on rusty moose for a while but then myself and my teammate decided to switch to rustoria because the server was fairly poor and had a lot of cheaters. Everything was fine and dandy until I got a p2 and then we snowballed to a semi and gained a few guns quickly.
