The thing is, its not news to anyone that you can be banned by association, if youve spent atleast 24h on rustoria, you will have seen a ban like that - and thats why you take great care as to who you let on to your team.

In the same manor - its not possible for anyone to determine if you had anything to do with it - being offline could just be part of the plan - or it could be innocence. But rules are rules - and its not like the precedence wasnt known.

Im not defending either side, just laying out the possible explenations.

You were gamebanned by EAC while playing on Rustoria, therefor you are not welcome to play on Rustoria anymore. You will need to find a new home even though you had some good times and memories here. Nothing we can do about it unfortunately.

if you gave me a real solution or steps to finding if someone is a hacker than i wouldn't be upset with the outcome. but from the looks of it it doesn't matter what proof i bring to the table if a hacker is on our team then we get punished.

if you are playing with a hacker, and you do not report that they are hacking, you will be punished for association, I understand its frustrating, but your appeal was denied, so you will have to wait out the 7 days
