I had to go to a doctor's appointment so I did what I do regularly when I leave a rust server I click disconnect. When I came back and logged back on, my character phased through the floor and then the game kicked me/steam auth timeout. So I loaded back in again and my character was randomly killed by no cause. And the game didn't even let me get my stuff because it was under the map at outpost.

Otherwise, the general rule is 6 mos after 1 gameban, 1 year for 2 gamebans, and permanent for 3. Of course thes is only if your ban was not while playing on Rustoria.

depends on the server. The owner here has rules about who can play on new accounts after a ban.
