the worst admin of rustoria is Marc he wasted about 1 hour talking to us and spectating the hacker and he literally said they were not hacking.... so I just got a message from rust itself and they got banned. please fix your admins they cant even ban a hacker when he got like 5 reports on his name like lol???

also you guys banned my friend from the discord because he was mad about the fact that marc cant do his job to ban hackers. atleast unban my friend and fix your admins to do their job thank you

I played like 10 hours on mondays and the hackers also offlined us so my whole wipe was griefed aswell.

my trio together has about 25k hours and when we know there is a hacker there actualy is. so let the admins look better instead of spectating a littlebit go inspect there steam profiles etc look further for diff information.

Marc is actually awesome and does a crazy amount of good for this community. I don't know the specifics of your situation but I can say with confidence that Marc is truly an asset and an excellent admin. But at the end of the day we're human and have to make our best judgement based on the circumstances/evidence at hand. Sometimes that means that someone who's cheating isn't providing enough substantial proof and thankfully EAC hits on them - they're complementary systems. As server admins though we normally catch cheaters far before EAC ever has any clue, and we have caught many, many, many thousands of them. We'll always do our absolute best to follow up on ever situation but please recognize the amount of time and energy that we all contribute to help out the playerbase. We care a lot. Fair for you to not be the most satisfied with your most recent experience but I'd just ask you step back and see that we're all just trying to do our best and want more than anyone for you to have a good time. Sucks that Rust has a cheating problem, much like any competitive online game, but I can say with complete confidence, having had the benefit of seeing behind the scenes, that if I wasn't an admin, Rustoria is exactly where I'd play. There's a lot of good people around. I hope everything is great for you in the future and that you don't lose hope in the ticketing system, since it really does benefit a crazy amount of people every month.

I understand man but I knew he was hacking and no one was taking time for me to look at the clips I made etc. I play rustoria for more then a year now I always buy vip same for my friend and we get those messages back like. they are not cheating and no I dont want to see your clips etc.. atleast take time to look into it and believe us. I know you guys have alot of reports etc but banning hackers is more important then other support issues.

and I also wish you knew how it all works. The sheer depth that we go to follow up on situations. Again, we'll never be 100% perfect - and it can be easy to sit off to the side and say "hey, ban them!" - but I do believe cheaters are caught and we have many more tools/practices that players don't fully understand which help us in that endeavor. We don't take the pursuit of catching rulebreakers lightly and have constantly been improving for years. The amount of experience that this admin team has with the game is pretty great and it's something I'm thankful for. Totally get it though and no hard feelings - I know you just want to play the game and not have issues.

For sure. Yes, we're constantly in the background identifying and removing cheaters. I can sympathize that not every scenario is always handled perfectly where all parties are satisfied, but overall I've seen that issues are addressed quite well. Sorry that was your experience 😦 For real. But yeah, if you could see what's happening in the background, it's pretty crazy. Hard from the player perspective to fully grasp what's being done to give the best possible experience. Wish we could be everywhere at once though
