Not every sketchy profile is a cheater. Cheaters come in every form. But the admins have a ridiculous amount of experience and have seen basically everything in Rust. But I totally get when something is frustrating and you feel like it's just instantaneous

Appreciate your patience until you receive a response and it always is a good idea to refrain from calling anything out in chat or voice. Doesn't hurt to utilize F7 to report to EAC as well.
