There are 2 things that potentially are happening. 1st thing is that you have a VPN ban and the appeal platform can not receive your appeal and the second chance is that you are actually banned, you believe that is because VPN and it is a legit ban. In any case i can only point you to the direction of appeal as Headmods have no access to any information about why you can not join the server or appeal.

It's unfortunate that you felt our ticket system is convoluted. Hokae did his best to show you the best way to report rulebreakers. It doesn't take long at all to report a cheater. You may even do it in game with /ticket add

its nothing against the person who replied (hokae) its the system you use for tickets. its a deliberate slow down so you dont have to actively go after cheaters

and i dont mean it in like a ragey way but more of a hey this is making it harder as a player to report cheaters

Why is the sea main map so weird? There is no powerplant in the map and all the major monuments are in the middle (some not even a grid away). Oil rigs are close to spawn beach. So hard for small teams to play as the zergs control the middle. The main reason sea main is dying after the first few days is because of lack of solo or small groups and maps like these doesn't help with the problem either 😦
