They're always following up on every ticket as quickly as humanly possible, just need to recognize that there are a shit ton of tickets at any given time that all have a level of urgency to them from the players who are submitting them. Ban them!" or crap like that. Reporting an entire group is normally pointless - F7 spam is great though so you can F7 each that you find suspicious

Unfortunately admins can't be everywhere at once. Also what seems obvious to you or your teammates, especially when things get emotional, doesn't always mean instant ban. I've seen so many cases when players were certain someone was blatantly cheating and they're all screaming about it and the player was 100% legit. And it's also incredibly difficult from the player perspective to evaluate the validity of a ban notice in chat. Oftentimes a ban in chat can be a VPN issue that is resolved.

As said before, if someone is showing as "banned" in in-game chat but then continues playing shortly after, then their ban was most likely not actually due to hacking. Hacking bans are permanent. But if you legitimately think someone is cheating, then the only way to get an admin to investigate that player is to submit a ticket, which you said you did. 🙂 So all you can do at this point is wait for that investigation to happen.

I wish you knew how much time and energy they put in to help this community. It's understandable that you don't know and that you're frustrated - I do hope your specific situation is resolved as soon as possible, but these admins ( and other levels of staff) really do work so fucking hard. They'll spend hours following up on a single ticket if needed to make sure that someone is legit and they field many thousands of individual tickets per month. They care more than anyone that things are as good as they can be. Just sucks that Rust, like any other competitive game, has cheaters, and that's never going to stop. It's a constant push back against it and the team here really does a great job, just unforunately can't be multiple places at once.

For teaming stuff, it can be frustrating, just speaking from experience. Can be hugely helpful to snag evidence with something like Shadowplay or OBS. Make a quick damning case and it's game over for them. They can't catch every single weird moment but they will absolutely end rulebreaking patterns

Head over to this folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rust\maps) and find the procedural map which it should give you in the disconnection message and delete it and try connect then.

Hey, so i killed myself in barn to keep my Kit safe and spawn on a bag inside a decaying base to get TC, i had been past this time period for awhile now, but the server crashed.
