Like he said before if you are suspecting a player of cheating, they will be spectated and investigated, if that player is found to be cheating I would say it's safe to assume they are the one that found your stashes. Although I'm not too sure whether or not they can see who opened each stash specifically. Especially not knowing the time it happened

The generic response doesn't mean it's a bot or that an admin didn't look into it. Every ticket is investigated personally by one of the admins. They're very thorough, so if they didn't find evidence that someone is cheating, they're not going to ban that player. But if you're still convinced that something is off, you're free to open another ticket on that player to have them looked into again.
