This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

There's only a couple people who handle VIP issues specifically so unfortunately if there's a problem sometimes there can be a little bit of a wait. Hopefully your issue is resolved as soon as possible though and you go on to have a good time. I'm sure any of the admins would prefer if your problem could be fixed instantly but again, there's only a couple people who do handle VIP and billing type stuff so they aren't always available and there's often a lot of other people who also need their situation fixed

If you got a gameban it appears on your profile on steam. You cannot play on an alt untill that ban is 180 days old (if it's your only ban)
