Nakeds spawn in our compound and take our furnace loot we set up turrets but if we get offline the nakeds spawning will just drain them over time. This is a problem for us as we already lost over 12k metal to nakeds spawning in our compound.

Hey Klaus 😊 It takes much longer to properly investigate in many instances. When I was an admin I spent countless hours following up - many instances resulting in watching a single player for hours to make absolutely sure we knew what was going on. The admins, and staff as a whole, here are anything but lazy. It's understandable from the limited player perspective that you can get frustrated though, since it can feel so easy to do whatever when you're not actually handling thousands of individual tickets and making sure to not ban anyone falsely. Sometimes it sucks too that a player goes inactive, just isn't engaging in PvP, logs off, or does a bunch of other things that don't progress an investigation. Best thing you can ever do is to be patient, send in the single detailed ticket and wait for/trust the response. The admins here do so fucking much and I know it sucks for them when they put in all the hard work behind-the-scenes and a player just says they don't care. But that's how it goes and they at least know the work they do. Hope it all works out for you though

I was banned for playing with cheaters. But I have only played with two of my friends. I was added to some clan group because the guys I played with befriended them, and I logged out of the game 10 min after I was added to the group. Then I log back in 1-2 days later and I’m banned. I just started playing the game and only have 36 hours in the game….

And my friends told me that the guys in the group where all banned but unbanned. The guys who where actually playing with cheaters….

They usually say "appeals are final" and unfortunately in a lot of cases the admins can't really share details involved on their end. But if I were you it might not hurt to lurk and maybe try to catch a free admin when they're on here, between all the shit they're constantly doing, to see if you can talk real quick 1 to 1 about your situation. But since they have given you a response, it doesn't hurt to just accept the decision, wait the 2 days and just go on with your life. Just be careful in the future who you choose to play with and you should be absolutely fine

alright so long story short I was having issues with my rust which got fixed where it would get stuck on downloading data or whatever and tried to join the server. from said glitch autoban banned me for "hacking" I never hacked and last time I tried to get unbanned the admin assumed I joined back and "cheated" without any actual video proof or evidence of me even logging on the server. I was wondering could it be possible for some information to be given and perhaps get unbanned?
