This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

Hello, curious question here. I sat in queue for Rustoria EU Medium for approximately 6 hours and 37 minutes. Upon entering, all things were fine until I hit a small lag and split me from the server. As in my Rust client crashed due to the lag spike. However I know that my internet provider is likely to blame, is there anyway I could get back into the server and avoid the queue time? I would gladly pay for a VIP, but it seems to be out of stock. I'd assume to limit the already breached population threshold
