You are able to re-join if it was a mistake, however if you leave so another player can join and then re-join again that is team cycling.

to be fair i think there is more to it then you say as the do not ban unless the have seen evidence that links you to him and there lots of ways to check that just wait your time and be carefull who you play with is my advice.
