It's most likely combination of both of these things. Try gc.collect ; pool.clear_assets ; pool.clear_memory ; pool.clear_prefabs in console

It's hard to say honestly. Clearing cache should help largely when leaving your area as I know how your bases tend to look like

Restart is doing the same thing as clearing cache. If clearing cache doesn't help you I suggest reconsidering what do you have around your base. Certain entities generate far more lag than the others, for example water catchers were really prone to do that (or they still are)

The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

Well its a turret that shoots people on the zipline and the hacker aka kazak asked for acces on turret so we inv him in our group becuse where friendly rust players /rollplayers .
