The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

Use F7 to report to EAC and then just try to reduce your exposure to the individual you suspect is cheating obviously as much as possible. Just make sure not to call anything out in voice or chat for best results

Yep, totally get how it'd be great if it could always be instant. The admins here are great though. Oftentimes investigations take some time. Just always remember to not call anything out after making the in-game ticket so the admin has the best chances at resolving things quickly

When I was an admin I had way too many times that the reporting player is screaming in-game over voice "The admins are coming! You're going to get banned" and it just messes everything up. Send in a detailed ticket and play it cool 😎

You could suggest that in #feedback-suggestions and it would be considered. Normally though if it's really that complicated of a situation the admin will reach out, at least from my experience. Most situations are pretty clear - whether it's valid or in error, and from what I've seen an appeal can provide enough information succinctly without being insanely exhaustive. But still, worth recommending anything you think could improve the system or community blobthumbsup

Totally understandable. Sucks when there is any sort of interruption - obviously I don't know your situation. I do know the admins are always trying to follow up on everything as quickly as possible and mistakes or system errors can happen, or just temporary bans where it's valid but the player may be a little confused about the rules. Either way, hoping you're not perm banned or anything, and that you're back on the server soon enough just having a nice time
