Mods and admins can only handle so many things simultaneously. He's not ignoring you. If you have a game ban on another account and no issues on your current account, then you need to wait 180 days before playing. If you are banned for ban evasion on your current account, then you need to appeal. If you've already appealed and were denied, then that decision is final.
