When i load up rust on steam my game seems to run fine and i can load into the menu of rust, i then try to join a server. It goes through the loading process (warming prefabs, asset warmup, spawning world) but as soon as it finishes the game crashes. In some cases when this has happened it has also crashed other applications such as discord.

I have done a lot of research and watched almost every youtube video on the subject but nothing seems to fix it.

I would be grateful if anyone could help.
